Confianza y transparencia ofrece Ley de Gobierno Digital a los Ciudadanos

Con esta reforma constitucional se fomentará la participación ciudadana en la gestión pública

Tepic, 04 de mayo de 2022.- “la Ley de Gobierno Digital para el Estado de Nayarit, permitirá aumentar la confianza en las instituciones públicas y asegurar la transparencia bajo reglas estrictas y una constante supervisión del desempeño gubernamental”, afirmó la presidenta del Congreso de Nayarit, Alba Cristal Espinoza Peña al presentar la propuesta de esta nueva norma.

“Con esta nueva ley se fomenta la transparencia y la participación ciudadana en la gestión pública y se aumenta la confianza en las instituciones” afirmó la legisladora local.

Espinoza Peña, explicó que al aprobar esta nueva Ley la ciudadanía tendrá instancias que coordinen la política del gobierno digital, reconocerán los derechos de las personas usuarias, se asegurará la protección de datos personales, se definirá la forma de realizar los trámites y servicios electrónicos, además se establecerán responsabilidades a quienes incumplan con la nueva norma.

La presidenta del Poder Legislativo destacó que la Ley de Gobierno Digital elevará la calidad de los servicios gubernamentales, mejorará la comunicación con los usuarios, agilizará los trámites, así como la gobernabilidad de las tecnologías de la información y regulará el reconocimiento, eficacia jurídica y la utilización de la firma electrónica”.

En este mismo tema, la legisladora presentó la iniciativa para reformar la Constitución Política del Estado, con el propósito de contribuir en la construcción de un estado más eficiente, más transparente y participativo, y que preste mejores servicios a los ciudadanos y a las empresas, a través del aprovechamiento de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación.

La Ley de Gobierno Digital para el Estado de Nayarit fue remitida a las comisiones legislativas competentes para estudiar, discutir y en su caso aprobarla por el pleno de los 30 representantes populares nayaritas.
