Poder Legislativo extiende clausura del periodo ordinario de sesiones
Antes del 30 de mayo las y los diputados resolverán importantes asuntos
Tepic, 13 de mayo de 2022.- A fin de resolver importantes asuntos legislativos, en Sesión Pública Ordinaria las y los diputados aprobaron dar prórroga a la clausura del Segundo Periodo de Sesiones del Primer Año de Ejercicio Constitucional.
De los temas que se contemplan en la agenda legislativa durante los próximos días, se destacan las reformas al Código Penal, a la Constitución Política del Estado, las modificaciones a diversos ordenamientos, la reforma a la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa en relación a la defensoría pública en materia administrativa.
En el acuerdo aprobado por los integrantes de esta 33 Legislatura se argumenta que el Segundo Periodo Ordinario de Sesiones concluye el 17 de mayo, y que de forma consensada se decidió prorrogarlo hasta antes del 30 de mayo del presente año.
En la misma jornada legislativa las y los diputados dieron su voto afirmativo al acuerdo que reforma la constitución de los Grupos y Representaciones Parlamentarias y la integración de la Comisión de Gobierno, en el que se señala que la legisladora Selene Lorena Cárdenas Pedraza asume la responsabilidad de Coordinadora Parlamentaria del Partido Movimiento Ciudadano en esta 33 Legislatura, además, se integra como primer vicepresidenta de la Comisión de Gobierno que preside la diputada Alba Cristal Espinoza Peña.
Aprobaron además la reforma a la Ley Orgánica del Poder Legislativo y el Reglamento Interior del Congreso, misma que se refiere al cambio de denominación de la Comisión de Asuntos Indígenas quedando como Comisión para el Respeto y Preservación de la Cultura de los Pueblos Originarios.
En el tema de los municipios de la entidad, los representantes populares votaron a favor del acuerdo que exhorta a los 20 Ayuntamientos para que actualicen su Programa de Gobierno Municipal, en el cual deben incorporar los objetivos y metas de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible.
