Prepara Congreso criterios para Leyes de Ingresos de municipios del 2023

•Las y los diputados tendrán coordinación con los 20 ayuntamientos

•Fecha límite para presentar iniciativas 15 de noviembre

Tepic, 12 de octubre de 2022.- Para estandarizar procesos, optimizar tiempos y expedir Leyes de Ingresos que den certeza a las y los nayaritas, en reunión de la Comisión de Hacienda, Cuenta Pública y Presupuesto que preside la legisladora Alba Cristal Espinoza Peña, las y los diputados aprobaron el acuerdo que establece los Criterios Técnicos para que los 20 ayuntamientos elaboren sus Leyes de Ingresos del ejercicio Fiscal 2023.

En el proyecto de acuerdo aprobado queda de manifiesto el interés de esta Soberanía Popular de mantener una estrecha coordinación con los municipios y con ello, contribuir en la elaboración e integración de sus respectivas iniciativas de Leyes de Ingresos, considerando las diversas disposiciones en materia de contabilidad gubernamental y disciplina financiera, respetando en todo momento su autonomía municipal, administrativa y financiera.

Los 20 ayuntamientos de la entidad tienen como fecha límite para presentar sus documentos fiscales el día 15 de noviembre del presente año.

Las Leyes de Ingresos deberán cumplir con los ordenamientos federales, generales y locales de gasto público, fiscales, contables y financieros.

En la misma reunión colegiada las y los diputados también dieron su voto afirmativo al dictamen de la Ley de Bienes del Estado de Nayarit; ambos dictámenes serán analizados, discutidos y en su caso aprobados en Sesión Pública Ordinaria.
