Promueven iniciativa para mejorar la calidad de la vivienda en Nayarit
Las y los diputados de la 33 Legislatura analizarán agregar a la Constitución local un apartado que otorgue el derecho de toda persona a disfrutar de una vivienda adecuada
Tepic, 03 de junio de 2022.- Contar con una vivienda adecuada es uno de los aspectos más importantes para dotar de bienestar y calidad de vida a las personas, ya que es un sitio de resguardo, privacidad, seguridad y protección.
Con motivo de la iniciativa presentada para incluir en la Constitución Política de Nayarit que toda persona tiene derecho a disfrutar de una vivienda adecuada, que cumpla con los criterios de seguridad de la tenencia, disponibilidad de servicios, materiales, instalaciones e infraestructura, habitabilidad, accesibilidad, ubicación y adecuación cultural, la 33 Legislatura analizará su viabilidad jurídica y su impacto social.
Con lo anterior se busca fortalecer el marco normativo en la materia y con ello garantizar a las y los nayaritas su derecho a una vivienda adecuada, para lo cual las autoridades tomarán las medidas pertinentes de acuerdo con sus facultades, para que éstas reúnan las condiciones ideales para la comodidad de las familias.
La iniciativa de referencia pretende adicionar al artículo 7 de la Constitución Política de Nayarit, que el Estado tiene la obligación de promover, respetar, proteger y garantizar los derechos humanos, lo que permitirá disminuir la desigualdad, y garantizar una mejor calidad en los servicios, a través del trabajo coordinado entre las instituciones involucradas, dignificar a las familias nayaritas.
Es por ello que, el Congreso del Estado de Nayarit presidido por la diputada Alba Cristal Espinoza Peña, iniciará los trabajos parlamentarios para considerar esta iniciativa con la que se pretende dignificar la vida de las y los nayaritas.
